Irrepressible is for the woman ready to awaken and live her life exactly how she wants — even if she’s not quite sure what that looks like right now.

What do you want?

DO YOU ASK YOURSELF THINGS LIKE:

  • What am I allowed to want?

  • What if what I want is “wrong?” Or perceived as bad? Or Edgy?

  • Will my desires hurt someone else?

  • Is what I want possible? Is it too much?

  • If I allowed myself to explore my deepest desires…would I ruin my entire life?

If people-pleasing is woven into the fabric of your personality so tightly that unraveling it feels impossible, you’re absolutely in the right place.

I can help.

Shifting out of our “good girl” people-pleasing persona is tricky biz. I know firsthand what it’s like to live inside someone else’s dream for me—society’s, culture’s, religion’s, my family’s.

For women like us, our good girl programming happened early. It kept us coloring within the lines, and it made doing so feel predictable, stable…safe.

But that safety came at the price of our emotional fulfillment and our autonomy.

When you’re living in good girl mode, it seems easier to please others than to experience the discomfort of designing your life with unabashed authenticity.

But your life was meant for more. And deep down, you know this.

In fact, you long for more.

I help women dismantle their internalized shoulds and shouldn’ts so they can feel real, true, and whole—perhaps for the first time ever.
